I can’t say enough great things about our massage experience yesterday at Urban Exhale Massage!! My husband surprised me with a couples massage for our wedding anniversary this weekend and the experience definitely did not disappoint. Everything from the historic building, to the interior decor, to the front lobby service and especially our masseurs (Faith and Sarah) was phenomenal! Hubby reserved the Jade Orchid room (along with champagne and chocolates post-massage) which was so very peaceful, organic and romantic - and totally enhanced the experience, which was already top-notch! I have had many, many massages from various spas, both local and out of state (as well as overseas), and this little hidden gem was the best ever! We opted for the 90 minute massage, but agreed we could have certainly “endured” another hour or two. Check them out - you will be glad you did! Thank you Urban Exhale (and Faith & Sarah)!

The ambiance in the space was incredible! I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. My massage therapist was extremely communicative, and they helped me work through three years of stress and tightness. They also made sure to give me some techniques to use at home to keep my body from holding so much tension. I can’t wait to come back to this location!

The experience was fantastic. I booked an Ultimate Arras Escape Couples Massage for myself & my mom for her birthday while staying at our hotel. Unfortunately, the day of, one of the massage therapists called out. Urban Exhale called us to inform us and offered us the option to either reschedule our massage at the hotel or reschedule the massage at the stand-alone location apart from the hotel at no extra charge. We chose the stand-alone location. The location is hidden away in a little urban garden between/behind some buildings along a quiet road. The people were incredibly kind and helpful, the aesthetic was calming, and the feeling of the place was one of safety, relaxation, and welcome. Our massage was perfect. Everything we hoped for and more. The massage therapists were fantastic & both my mom and myself felt refreshed. After a stressful past couple days. This was exactly what we needed. 10/10 highly recommend.
